Melissa LaBrue has been promoted to client services manager for Wymer Brownlee Wealth Strategies and will be responsible for formalizing financial services procedures and client experience in all seven Oklahoma markets.
“Melissa’s impact on the firm and our clients has been remarkable,” said Kyle Brownlee, chief executive officer for Wymer Brownlee Wealth Strategies. “She’s a master of building genuine relationships and finding better ways of doing things. Her new role as client services manager leverages her curiosity, innovation and knack for creating efficient systems companywide, allowing us to impact more clients across the state.”
LaBrue joined Wymer Brownlee as a marketing coordinator in 2011 after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and minor in management. Two years later, she shifted to the financial services team as a client relationship coordinator. After passing three wealth management licensing exams, she became a wealth advisor assistant, facilitating holistic planning and asset management for some of the firm’s largest clients.
As client services manager, LaBrue will standardize processes and oversee implementation for the financial services department. Her experience and robust knowledge from years as a client relationship coordinator and wealth advisor assistant have made her keenly aware of the challenges and opportunities associated with client service. This insight enables her to quickly fill gaps in tools and procedures within the department.
“I’m most excited that my new role will help our financial services team operate more efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of service,” LaBrue said. “We have an incredible group of talent who is passionate about the firm’s mission, and our goal is simply to give great financial advice to as many families as possible.”
